About this Cook
Have a B.S. in nutrition.
My favorite things to cook
Mostly foods that are low in fat, sodium and sugar. However, I do like all these things and cook them occasionally.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Pizza every friday. Of course, Christmas cookies.
My cooking triumphs
Won a healthy recipe contest at work for a salad.
My cooking tragedies
One time I put 2 cups of flour instead of 2 tablespoons in german potato salad. Fortunetly, I didn't add the potatos yet. The funny thing is I've made that recipe dozens of times before.

Creamed Cucumber Slices
I made half the dressing for a medium cucumber and it was too much dressing for me. Definitely needs dill.

Yummy Bok Choy Salad
I got a bok choy as part of my CSA package. I made this because it a mostly good review. We liked it. I added dried cranberries because they were in the picture.

Hawaiian Pork Tenderloin
I used apricot preserves and pineapple chunks and skipped the oranges because that's what I had.
