Italian Wedding Cookies III
I substituted 1/2 cup of corn starch for 1/2 cup of the flour as another reviewer had said to do. It made the cookies so soft they fell apart whenever I touched them. So except for cutting the salt down the recipe is best as it is written. I've made this recipe many times as written and everyone has loved them.

Orange Baked Acorn Squash
This was really tasty. I didn't have OJ concentrate so I just used regular OJ. I cut the cooking time down by partially cooking the squash in the microwave and then finishing it up in the oven with chicken that I was baking. This would be a great holiday recipe.

Easy Deviled Chicken
This was very yummy. Nice and crunchy and very flavorful and most of all easy! I used cornbread stuffing for the crust and my favorite spicy mustard with a little dijon mixed in and used Kraft Olive oil mayo. Also adjusted the time because I cut my chicken breasts in half and put them on a rack in my metal baking pan. Within the hour dinner was on the table. My Hubby even enjoyed this recipe and he's not much of a chicken eater!
