These were WONDERFUL. Like other reviewers, I made them into rolls (baked at 350 degrees for 20 minutes). I also left out the raisins, but only because I didn't have any on hand -- next time, I fully intend to add the raisins, as I think they would taste even better that way. And trust me, there will be a next time!

Pan-Fried Mustard Mayonnaise Tilapia

The taste is definitely 5 stars, but like some of the other reviewers, I also had trouble getting the coating to stick to the fish. It's a bit tricky, and since others seem to agree, I know it's probably not just me. However...once I noticed it starting to come off, I just took a deep breath and made sure that I was VERY careful about how I flipped the fish afterward. As a result, most of the coating stuck. But if I had let myself get too easily flustered, I think it would've lost it all. The taste alone makes this one worth the effort, though.

Rice Balls ala Tim

These were AMAZING. I added a little more meat than the recipe calls for, but otherwise, I pretty much followed the directions. They turned out very well!

Meatloaf Muffins

These were great! Very moist and tasty. I did make a few small changes...I didn't have the vegetable soup, so I used Cream of Mushroom instead, and I only cooked them for about 40 minutes. Also, I used 80% lean beef, and I didn't have any issues with grease. Overall, a great meal that I'll likely make again.

Baked Spaghetti

Absolutely amazing! It's pretty much a cross between lasagna and spaghetti, so if you like both of those, this dish is probably something you'd enjoy. An instant classic at my house.

Pumpkin Bundt Cake

Excellent! Followed the cake recipe exactly as written (with butterscotch pudding instead of the pumpkin spice kind) and it turned out wonderfully. I also topped it with a glaze posted by one of the other reviewers -- 5 oz cream cheese, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1 1/2 tsp vanilla, and 3 tbs orange juice -- and it complimented the cake very nicely.

Roasted Lemon Herb Chicken

Fantastic! I had a 6 pound chicken, so I doubled all the ingredients and baked at 350 degrees F for just over 2 hours. It turned out beautifully and tasted wonderful!

Pumpkin Rolls II

These were absolutely wonderful! I ended up using rapid rise yeast instead of the compressed fresh, but that wasn't an issue. The rolls were soft and had a very good flavor. I plan on making these again (and again, and again...)

Pecan-Crusted Pork with Pumpkin Butter

Yum! The pork chops themselves were fine, but the pumpkin butter was great! There was a lot left over, but I'm glad there was -- like others have mentioned, it'll taste good on toast and such. It also tastes amazing with the "Pumpkin Rolls II" listed on this site.
