About this Cook
when i first started cooking, i would like to bake cookies, breads, scones... you know, sweets. but now i like to make much healthier foods like salads, whole wheat bread, and soups. I think im going to stick to eating and cooking healthy.
My favorite things to cook
i like to make whole wheat challah bread and experiment with it and i like to make soups where just gather up lots of veggies and seasoning and just put them in the pot and hope it turns out.(it usually does.) ;)
My favorite family cooking traditions
well i dont really have any cooking traditions, but i've made my own, which is to make challah bread every shabbot.
My cooking tragedies
trying to make fudge.

Irresistible Whole Wheat Challah
this is by far the best challah bread i have ever tasted!!!!! I make this recipe every week for shabbat and everybody loves it. I usualy half the recipe to make one loaf and leave out the vital wheat gluten. I would give this ten stars if I could! thanks dollop of daisy for this fabulous recipe!!!!

Blueberry Zucchini Bread
this is the best quick bread ever! i was at my grandpa's house, and he had a ton of blueberries and zucchini that he needed to use up, so i tried this recipe and added 3 cups zucchini and a pint and a half of blueberries and put it in two regular loaf pans and it came out so moist that it was almost like bread pudding! one and a half loaves vanished in less than 30 minutes! THIS IS A TOTAL KEEPER!!!!!!

World's Best Scones! From Scotland to the Savoy to the U.S.
This was a nice recipe, but I found them a bit dry. I hope they turn out perfect for you!
