I mixed these up following Zippy's assembly, (by hand instead of with a mixer) and found they were super sticky with the recommended amount of flour. I kept adding it until it was just barely sticking to the counter, and then let them raise for around an hour. Then I followed the remaining instructions (punch, turn out, divide and shape), except I used a little over half for a loaf of bread (8x4) and then a dozen rolls. The rolls baked in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes and the loaf for 30. Turned out great. I think next time I'll make them with bread flour. They taste really nice--mellow squash flavor and great wtih a little jam or butter.
