Cheesy Potato and Corn Chowder

All I did to make this Gluten Free for me was substitute the Gravy mix with 2 T. rice flour. I made it the first time with Pepper Jack cheese instead of the 'cheese food' because that's what I had. Delicious. The last couple of times I've used grated cheddar and that is wonderful, too. Great recipe.

Crustless Spinach Quiche

Wonderful recipe! I used a pound of fresh spinach and cooked it down. The cheese I had was pre-grated cheddar and it was sooo easy and tasted great. It's such a crowd pleaser!

Fresh Lemonade

This was sooo refreshing! The only thing I did different was to use raw sugar, and I simmered it in 2 Cups of the water till it dissolved. Just perfect!
