Jalapeno Rosemary Alfredo
Like one review suggested, I used almond milk instead of heavy cream(trying to watch the calories) to thicken it a little I added some cornstarch. I would definitely use 2 jalapenos next time. It had great flavor! We also grilled some chicken breasts to have with it over pasta. With a few more attempts this will definitely be added to my regulars.

Salsa Biscuit Chicken
The final result turned out really good! I did change somethings. I was short on time so I used canned chicken, threw in some salsa, cheese, sour cream, chili powder, and also chopped up a small amount of red bell peppers and threw that in as well. The peppers made this dish! I used the biscuits and put chicken mixture on half then folded over and pinched the seam together. It made a great home made hot pocket.

Buffalo Chicken Stromboli
I used biscuits and rolled them out a little, spooned in chicken mixture pinched them closed and baked in muffin tins. They turned out really good! I also used so additional cheeses (what I had on hand) and took the advice of adding butter and lemon juice to the RedHot. Over all it was something that I would probably make again, thanks for sharing!
