Frogmore Stew
I first saw this being praised by Anthony Bourdain.
I made it last year, for a christmas party in my home. Very eclectic mix of people & this went down a storm. Living in Scotland I was unable to find Old Bay but looked up the ingredients & made my own...not sure if it tasted the same but what a dish. I like the idea of using newspapers & just fingers. I will adapt teh recipe for the 2nd Test between England & New Zealand this saturday & see how it goes down at breakfast time (kick off is 8.30am local time). Yummy
