Banana Crumb Muffins
I cook, but, I don't bake too often. To me, cooking is an art, baking is a science, and I'm a graphic artist, not a scientist. I had some old bananas, and usually put them to the mulch pile. I looked this up today, made it, no problem! There was only one thing I changed, that's because I couldn't find my cupcake pan, but, I found my mini cupcake pan.
I made the recipe exactly, and made 3 batches with my (1) mini cupcake pan. They turned out perfect! In fact, all the batter and crumbles measured out exactly too. No extras or skimping!
THE ONLY THING I DID DIFFERENT WAS... I baked them 10 minutes, instead of 18 to 20 minutes, because they were mini. Thanks so much for this, I will make them again!
