Easy Shrimp Lo Mein

Very delicious! It looks a little dry at first, but that sauce packs a lot of punch! I thought I would need extra sauce, but I am so glad I didn't try to change it before tasting it! So good!

Peanut Butter Brownie Bites

Yummy! Made it last night for some friends and they loved it! Didn't use the chocolate glaze, and it made the peanut-butter layer a little crunchy on top which was delicious! Good second-day, too.

Chocolate Mint Mayonnaise Cake

Wow, this is a really great base recipe for any chocolate cake. I did add a tsp of peppermint extract to the batter and instead of layering the thin mints, I crushed them and put them into the batter, but that's just a matter of taste and ease (I was making cupcakes, per the special request of a friend). Super-moist and delicious; thanks for a great recipe!

Grandma's Doughnuts

Delicious! I would lower the temperature to 325-350, because mine were overdone on the outside and underdone inside. If you don't cut a hole in the doughnuts, try cutting the biscuit dough in half to reduce the thickness (came out PERFECT every time that way).

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

Wow, these were very easy and DELICIOUS! I read in a lot of other reviews that the dough was too soft to work with, but I didn't have any problems with it. I didn't have enough margarine in my house, so I went ahead and subbed in shortening for the margarine and they were awesome. Thanks for a repeat recipe!

Pie Crust IV

Merenges

I discovered this recipe about a month ago, and these are always in demand! I make them with my stand mixer and whip them until they're super-stiff, then put them through a cookie press to make them cute. For other variations on flavor, you can omit the lemon zest and substitute part of the sugar with one 3 oz packet of Jello mix. It adds a fun pop of color and flavor, but my friends and husband like these just as much plain.

RWOP Finalist: Roasted Tomato and Pepper Soup with Pesto Cream Cheese

This was good, but I'd definitely suggest cooking the bacon separately, and roasting the peppers in halves so that you can easily peel the skin off for a more intense roasty flavor and better texture.
