Raised by English grandmother taught steak and kidney pie and Yorkshire pudding. moved on to foster Jewish/Polish foster home taught Chalah bread, Pierizki(pierogi) and Hummus, married Scottish and learned scones and spotted dick. Bartender/Food Beverage Manager for 10 years. Live in Texas now half the year picked up Tex/Mex. Totally mixed up!!!!! d

Grandmother was a gardener had no chance she put me in the garden at 2 years of age ate worms but I learned

dinner for 16 by 11 years of age canning. jamming, freezing, pickling (even beans) from the garden dinner or appetizers at any time for who-ever drops by (I love the challenge)

Alum not good for you my pickles miss the crispness wrong cheese for pasta sauce (tasted sour) deep fried turkey over cooked for group of 12

Easy Cheesy Chicken Bake
I added red pepper chunks and diced up garlic over the chicken and potatoes. Someone said bland so sprinkled a little Cajun spice before sauce poured over. When I added the broccoli I spooned the sauce over and added bread crumbs and Parmesan over then baked the rest of the time called for and perfect . Love the inspirations from these recipes and the comments combined.
