Fresh Asparagus Soup
Loved, loved, LOVED this soup! Hubby & I gave up meat for Lent and discovered this soup for a dinner option. Can't say enough good things; it was creamy without being too rich & the flavor of the asparagus was delightful. If you're not too sure about this soup, PLEASE try it because you won't regret it!

Jumbo Shrimp and Asparagus
This was a great start to what could become a stellar Asian dish! I agree with other reviewers, skip the added water, it only minimizes the flavor. We automatically added 2-3 cloves of garlic and 1 cup of mushrooms (YUM!). After taste-testing, would add 2 tsp. of hosin sauce & 1/2 tsp chili-garlic paste before serving. Those additions make this dish out-of-this-world!!

Stuffed Peppers
Delicious! I've never attempted stuffed peppers before and these were ah-mazing! Substituted real garlic and onion for the powder since we're low on spices (probably tasted better!) I did blanch the peppers as one reviewer recommended, but still cooked them for about an hour. As the hubby put it "W-o-w!"
