Crab Salad III
I was searching (again) for a crab salad recipe for sandwiches and came upon this recipe. What I find absolutely fantastic is the dressing! It is THE ONE for which I've been searching forever. I mixed the dressing ingredients and added it to my crab/celery/chive mixture and WOW!!! Placed on white bread, this crab salad recipe is PERFECT!!! Why white bread? Crab salad DEMANDS it. Save the whole grain breads for more assertive sandwich fillings. This will be my go-to dressing recipe for all future mayo-dressed salads.

Buttermilk Pancakes II
This is an absolutely fantastic recipe. The pancakes are truly a work of art. Fluffy as a pillow and you can't beat this buttermilk base. I took a few posted suggestions, such as reducing the ingredients by half, adding an extra 1 tsp. sugar, 1 tsp. lemon juice, and a tsp. of vanilla. By barely mixing the wet and dry ingredients together, it produced a batter that was very puffy and light. This will be my ONLY pancake recipe for now on.

Baked Kale Chips
This is an excellent treatment of kale! So light, crispy, and delicious. I ate the first batch by myself. After I took a second batch out of the oven, I sprinkled some powdered vinegar over the still-hot chips. I had ordered the powdered vinegar online a while ago for homemade potato chips. The kale chips had a great zippy salt-n-vinegar taste. It's difficult trying to stop eating them!
