Grilled Lamb with Brown Sugar Glaze

This was my first time grilling lamb chops. This spice mix had a very unique taste, and the carmelized finish from the brown sugar was perfect. I put the spice mixture on generously and put in fridge for about 3 hours. They turned out great! Doesn't need a glaze with it, but I would recommend one.

Firecracker Grilled Alaska Salmon

This recipe is brilliant. I am not the biggest seafood farer, but I have cooked this three times in the last month. I haven't put it on the grill yet because it turns out so good in our convection oven after 20 minutes. Definitely give this one a try.

Blackened Salmon Fillets

What a great rub! I made a homemade sauce for dipping (similar to Outback's) and didn't even use it. To reduce the smoke I drizzled the fillets with olive oil before putting the rub on. In a preheated pan I added just a bit more olive oil and a little butter. 5 minutes per side on a medium heat and presto.

Beer Brats

Simple recipe with great results. They will melt in your mouth! I like mine with the beer boiled onions, some sauerkraut, and some spicy deli mustard. I'm getting ready to make this again tonight. Even my wife loves them. Cheers Zach. Thanks for sharing.

The Real Mojito

As much as my wife didn't want it...you really need to put in the full amount of sugar. Once you do, you'll have a great drink! Better than then the one I bought for $7 last weekend.

Bodacious Broccoli Salad

I've tried several, but this is the best one yet. The lemon juice and red wine vinegar, are the perfect contrast for the sugar and mayo. Give this one a try!

Beer and Brown Sugar Steak Marinade

I followed the recipe, but was not blown away. This has a very sweet taste, but needs a little zing. If I were to do it again I would add some more spices. I will say that the meat was very tender.
