Crispy Herb Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2009
YUM!!!!! I will make this again! It kind of tasted like shake and bake to me! My chicken so sooooo juicy and tender and the crispy coating was delish! Here is what I did differently: added italian spices, paprika, and breadcrumbs to the dry mixture. Then I cooked it at 300 degrees for 1 hour, then 400 degrees for 20 mins. SOO JUICY AND PERFECT!

Hamburgers and Ketchup Gravy

Reviewed: Jun. 16, 2008
EFFORTLESS, EASY, SIMPLE, DELICIOUS are just some of the words that describe this meal!!! YUM YUM YUM! SOOOOO good, my husband was also raving about this meal as well. You have got to try it! Here are some things I did different: I made more of a "stuffed" meatball. I added onions and mushrooms inside the meat, like a meatloaf. I served this with MASHED POTATOES which went sooo great with the red sauce. I will def make this again and highly recommend it to others!

Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Jun. 16, 2008
****** 6 STARS!!!! 2 words: EFFORTLESS and DELICIOUS!!!! I made this last night for my husband and myself and WE LOVED IT!!! It's not often that my husband says I cook well (i'm a newlywed, and still working on improving my cooking skills!!) My husband actually said today "we don't need to eat out anymore if you keep cooking like that!!!" I did make a couple additions to the recipe (I actually combined the Indonesian PT recipe with with Teriyaki PT recipe, but they were very similar). I also added a 1/2 can of FROZEN concentrated APPLE JUICE! My favorite part was the "blackened" parts from the grill (almost burnt, but not all the way). The pork was soooo juicy and tender. You will def want seconds!! I served mine with fried rice. YUMM! I cant wait to make this again!
