The Ultimate Chili

I couldn't follow this recipe exactly because I didn't have the red wine but that was the only thing I left out. I got mixed reviews on this one. Me personally I thought it was very good but my husband did not like at all. He said it was too sweet tasting. Kids weren't all that impressed either but they did eat it (loaded with crackers and cheese) where my husband would not take another bite. I would like to try it again for sure but maybe change it up a bit.

Baked Ham

This was my first ham and it turned out delicious!! The only thing I did different was rub brown sugar all over it and I don't put mine in a bag because I baste it often with the Coke or Pepsi. I prefer Pepsi. I will be making again for Christmas!! Also I just use a Smithfield half ham. Thanks :)

Easy Guacamole

I love guacamole and this is a quick and easy recipe to use. I don't peel my avocados though. I always slice in half and scoop out the middle and I also added cilantro to mine. Delicious!!!

Baby Blue Punch

You have got to try this punch! I made it at my sis n laws baby shower and no one could stop drinking it! I should have made more. I couldn't find the blue drink mix so I used blue Hawaiian punch which means I also didn't add the sugar and I couldn't find white cranberry juice either so I went with white grape. I didn't follow measurements exactly either. I just added a little of each and tasted until I got it the way we liked it. I will be making again!!

Southwestern Egg Rolls

I followed this recipe exactly except for frying them only because I was out of oil and didn't realize it so I baked them. They still turned out very good. I do want to try frying them next time and maybe even try with egg roll wrappers instead. Thanks!

Fresh Broccoli Salad

I have been wanting to try this for some time and finally got around to making it. It is so delicious! My mother n law makes it all the time but she doesn't use recipes so I found this one. It tasted just like hers. I didn't change a thing. Can't wait to make again...
