Mom's Best Pork Chops

I gave up on pork chops a few yrs ago because they were always dried out no matter how I tried to cook them. This recipe has me buying them again-my husband and I were impressed. We loved them!!!

Easy Olive Oil, Tomato, and Basil Pasta

Mmmm...this was really good! I did follow a fellow reviewer's instructions by adding mozz, letting tomatoes soak in the oo/grlic mixture and sautee a cupful at a time. this dish is definitely better warmed. next time i will add shrimp!

Old Bay® Lady Liberty Seafood Salad

this turned out okay but i added some cajun seasoning for more flavor. i thought the celery was a little overpowering but overall my husband liked it. i will probably make it again but with some changes!
