Thai Salad with Whole Grain Brown Rice and Chicken

I removed the chicken and replaced it with grilled salmon (marinated 30 min w/ 1 part soy sauce and 1 part maple syrup) and added avocado. Awesome!! Our dinner guests raved and asked for the recipe.

This recipe was freakin' great. Totally moist and rich. It's a keeper! My entire office went bonkers for it today. I made frosting too and topped it w/shaved chocolate and confectioner's sugar. Big hit!

Bechamel Sauce

Actually, this was a great sauce. I added sauteed mushrooms & peas in butter and tossed in fresh parley in the end. Great last minute dish!

Sesame Pasta Chicken Salad

This recipe is AWESOME and really versatile. I used it with Somen noodles w/shrimp. You can put the dressing in a jar and toss it together with whatever you have in the fridge. What a keeper!

Good sauce for the noodles. I just tossed it into our somen noodles and topped it with some catfish from another recipe (Honey Coconut Salmon). It would be great with chopped cilantro and cashews and julienned peppers for color.

A bit too much butter I think b/c it came out a little soupy but the flavor was good. I had Catfish and it was really nice. I served it over the Pad Se Eew noodle recipe on Allrecipes.

Holy cow, this was great! I even had my husband prep everything and get it started while I put our baby to sleep. It couldn't have been better! It tasted like we were eating out at a restaurant.

Mid-Eastern Chicken Thighs

I added chili powder b/c we like our food on the spicier side. My husband offered a 10/10 rating, which is really good b/c he eats a lot of different recipes that I make. We really liked this dish and it's nice b/c it has so few ingredients.

Udon Peanut Butter Noodles

I agree it requires a little more stock. I added orange bell pepper just because I like color and had it on hand. I also drizzled a little sesame oil on the noodles before tossing them with the sauce. It was really delicious and I'll make it again. My husband loved it.

Hazel's Meatballs

I'm not a person to eat this kind of thing at a party but I had all the ingredients and substituted ground turkey in for the beef. They were really good. I stored over half of the recipe in the freezer for a later date. I give this recipe a 9 out of 10 (not the healthiest, but delicious).
