About this Cook
My cooking tragedies
The first time I ever tried to grill chicken, I was in college. I figured I would try to put a pan on the stove and see what happened. Well, it was a pretty cheap pan and I didn't put anything in there with the chicken. Needless to say, the chicken and the pan melded together and I had to throw the whole combo away!

Broiled Lobster Tails
Very good recipe. I just used kitchen shears to split the tails and poured the butter mixture over the meat. I had 3 5 oz tails and I broiled them on low for 8 minutes and high for 3 and they turned out great. I will definitely be preparing this recipe again when lobster tails are on sale!

Family's Creamed Spinach
Rating would fall closer to 4 1/2! Very good recipe. I also used half and half and I do think it really added to the flavor. Also, thought this tasted very light and would be great with just about anything!

Grilled Halibut with Cilantro Garlic Butter
Good recipe. I only have an indoor grill and the halibut did not cook well on it. I think I might make the halibut with some olive oil in a saucepan next time. Sauce was good, very light.
