Followed the recipe as is plus cooked in a water bath and the cheesecake came up beautifully. The extra sauce really sealed the deal for me!

Artichoke and Black Olive Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2010
I made this for my boyfriend and we absolutely loved it! Definitely use dark meat chicken-so much juicier than breasts. I added some red peppers to the baking dish and added the artichoke marinade to the broth/wine mixture. I added this to some pasta and threw in a small amount of flour to thicken the sauce.

Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style

I think the alfredo sauce and the roasted garlic really make this dish. This was the first time I roasted garlic and I'm sure glad I did. I sprinkled a layer of cheese on top at for the last 5 minutes of baking. Yummy!

Burrito Pie

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2010
This is a great base, my boyfriend and I use black beans, sometimes jalapenos, and serve it with sour cream. We also season the beef with taco seasoning. Ground turkey/chicken works great too. We also put a layer of tortillas on the bottom of the baking dish instead of a meat layer to make it a little less messy. Leftovers are even better!
