Best Ever Blueberry Cobbler
I had just picked tons of fresh blueberries and was looking for something to do with them, so I went looking for a cobbler recipe, even though I had never made a cobbler before. This recipe was very easy to make and I had all the ingredients already on hand. The cobbler it made was delicious, although I might have liked a bit more crust. It is not terribly sweet, so a bit of vanilla ice cream on top makes it even better.

Soft Sugar Cookies IV
I'd never made sugar cookies like this before- Only the kind you roll out and cut into shapes. However, my boyfriend wanted some regular old sugar cookies, so I found this recipe. This was a very simple recipe to follow and the dough was super-easy to work with. I'm not a huge fan of sugar cookies, so I thought they tasted ok, but everyone else who tried them really liked them. The only problem I had was that when I rolled them and put them directly on the baking sheet, they came out all round and puffy and looking like little turtle shells (which would be really cute if you tinted the dough green), so I started scrunching them after rolling them in the sugar. I kind of expected I'd need to scrunch them, but I wasn't sure if the dough would spread out much, and it really doesn't, which is nice. I baked them for about 10 minutes and they came out perfectly, although they were a little crunchier than I expected. Although they were pretty crunchy on the outside, they were still soft in the middle. I suspect this recipe might also be good for cut-out sugar cookies as well. Very good recipe :)

Banana Crumb Muffins
My muffins were a disaster =( I don't understand why, because I followed the directions exactly. If someone would like to suggest something, I'd like to try this recipe again to see if it comes out right next time. But anyway, here's what happened this time: My muffins were done around the outside but the middles were totally liquid. I would leave them in for a bit longer, check them, and there'd be no change. Eventually the muffins were completely black and burnt and the middles were STILL liquid. Does anyone know why? Maybe my bananas were too big so there was too much liquid, or maybe my muffin pan was at fault (it was really cheap and I know it doesn't heat evenly, but even so I've never experienced anything like this). It could actually be any number of reasons, but I'm totally clueless.
