Tuppakaka

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2006
Baked this twice. The first time the breadcrumbs all burnt and the cake was overcooked at 25 minutes. But it still tasted good! The second time I omitted teh breadcrumbs and used a greased and floured pan, lowered the temp to 375, and baked it for about 22 minutes. It had a much better texture. This is such a simple and exotic cake to make-- i will add it to my list of go-to desserts!

Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2006
For my pan, I used almost all the batter (-1/2 cup) and spread it out within an inch of the edge. The other review was right-- this is the exact recipe on the back of the Nestle chip bag. It works well as a cookie pizza, though!

Cookie Mold Sugar Cookies

I love these cookies! I'd call them "butter cookies" instead of "sugar cookies" because they are more like shortbread. I used a teflon mold where you bake right in the mold and they came out great. Thanks!

Baked Chicken Reuben

Very good. I will use more cheese next time (the more the better!) And make sure you don't rinse the kraut.

Hot Dog Cookies

These were easy and SO MUCH FUN! My daughter took them to her preschool and some kids wouldn't eat them because "I don't like hot dogs" -- so they were very realistic too.

Brownie Oat Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 18, 2005
Very good! Tasty enough that my kids (and husband) will eat them, but healthy enough to make me want to make them again and again. Only 4 stars because, well, healthy doesn't taste as good as butter. I had to add about a Tbl. more of cornsyrup. Make sure you spray the sheet, even if it's nonstick. Great one bowl recipe! Thanks!
