Cranberry Sauce

I love this! I will be using this as my "go to" cranberry recipe from now on. In fact, I have made it several times since Thanksgiving. I like to eat it by itself if I don't have cream cheese and turkey for a sandwich. I've passed the recipe along to all my Sisters. I highly recommend this recipe . I grate orange zest onto the top to garnish it.

7-Ingredient Chili

I loved this. I'm going to add a whole teaspoon of cumin next time. I REALLY like the flavor. it was good with turkey but I think I would also like to try with hamburger too sometimes.

Italian Sausage Appetizer Bread

I found this easy to do. I'm thinking I would like mozzarella better than the Swiss cheese and I might want to add a little marinara sauce to the mixture. Will definitely make again for appetizer or evening snack. I'd like to try making and freezing ahead.

Roasted Roma Tomatoes and Garlic

What a fresh tasting and versatile recipe. I've also served as bruschetta topped with a parmigiano reggiano and a splash of Balsamic vinegar; poured over hot pasta and of course, as originally submitted. Wonderful stuff! I LOVE this.

Oh myyyy this is good. I was craving curry today and came across this recipe. EASY and wonderful. I used both sweet marmalade and zested navel orange because I really love the orange flavor.

Frozen Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Balls

I loved the brown sugar taste. I think I would like to try adding chopped maraschino cherries or maybe just a 1/4 tsp maple flavoring for something different, but the basic recipes is good.

Beefy Baked Ravioli

Hidden Cheeseburger

What a hoot this is! We loved it and it was great the next day too. Very clever idea! I think I'll try forming the meat into "fingers" and wrap them in dough for Halloween as Witch's fingers. Thanks for sharing!

The Best Mashed Potatoes

Wonderful recipe! I've made the recipe with garlic minced and also tried it with "roasting" the garlic before adding it. We prefer the slightly sweeter taste of the roasted garlic. Some of us liked all the chives and some of us would prefer a little less, but this will be a permanent addition to my meal planning.

Chicken a la Fire Station

Excellent meal! The chicken cooked very quickly because it had been pounded thin. I added some sliced mushrooms to the butter inside the roll. The sherry adds a nice mellow touch.

Baked Hash Browns

We really liked this recipe. It was such a pleasure to be able to use frozen hash browns for the convenience and yet still get the flavor we were looking for. We used a combination Colby Jack and Cheddar cheese. Worked great for us! Thanks for sharing.

Grandfan's Trifle

Oh gosh this brings back memories. Jessie Parker a friend from years ago used to make this at Christmas to share with our Secretary's group. I remember it having strawberries or cherries sometimes. Oh the sherry was heady with that whipped cream...sighhhhh. Thanks for sharing.

Oven Fried Lemonade Chicken

Came out excellent made as written. I want to make again today but I'm out of cornflakes, so I think I'll try panko just for fun. I liked the lemon flavor a lot and wonder how it would taste with Italian spices. Very easy adaptable recipe. I particularly liked the recipe chilled the next day as slices on a salad with ranch dressing. Very tasty.

Soft Oatmeal Cookies

I loved these! And I loved JENIP's idea of breaking the batter up into 3 parts and adding different nuts/dried fruit to each part. Next batch I'm going to ice with a glaze made from orange juice, orange zest and powdered sugar! Yum!
