Amazing Spicy Grilled Shrimp
Great recipe! I changed nothing! Shrimp was very flavorful but not as spicy as I thought it would be, mellow enough for kids and my parents as well. I used pre-cooked and peeled jumbo shrimp, let the shrimp marinate for about 5 hours and then right before grilling I sprinkled a little mesquite seasoning (a very little bit) over the shrimp. I then grilled the shrimp for just a minute to lock in the flavor.

Cheesy Meatball Soup
Great recipe for a cold rainy day! I doubled the recipe (feeding 5 boys)and made a few changes. First, I used half the recommended corn and cheese sause. I omited the boullion and salt and added a roll of sage sausage to the ground beef. We like lots of meatballs. I doubled the hot sauce and it still wasn't at all spicy. I also used italian bread crumbs instead of plain (which is why I omited the salt). My boys chowed almost all of this soup and it made alot! I served it with a great french bread recipe I got on this site! This recipe's a keeper!!!

Strawberry Spinach Salad I
Oh WOW! Great salad! I haven't been very creative with salad before but this is so inspiring! I made this with my own beef kabob recipe and WHAT A GREAT SUMMER MEAL! Everyone loved it! The only changes I made were out of necessity. I didn't have any of the required seeds so I omited them completely. Also, I didn't have any Worsh sauce so I used a dash of low sodium soy and a smidge of sodium free beef boullion.
