These were fantastic especially when still warm. They hardened more than I thought they would on the second day, but they were still delicious. If you like chewy sugar cookies you can't go wrong with this recipe.

Amazing Pecan Coffee Cake

This was a really good basic coffee cake. I made it in the bundt pan as others did. I had no problems with it falling apart although I ended up not using all the streusel.

Sweet Coated Pecans

Very easy wonderful recipe. Used others suggestions of 1/2 white and 1/2 brown sugar and also replaced the water with vanilla. Excellent.

Easy Meatloaf

This is a great basic meatloaf. Exactly what I was looking for. Quick and easy to prepare and it came out perfect. Used leanest ground beef, so I think that helped with grease factor. Thanks.
