Grilled Salmon I
My wife and kids really liked it, but, as with every recipe I find on here, I made some modifications based on the reviews: I have a family of 6 so I used 3lbs of Swai. Also, I didn't have lemon pepper, so I added coarse ground black pepper and juiced a whole lime; I also decided to use about a teaspoon of minced garlic instead of garlic powder. I baked them in little foil packets (and ladled in the sauce mixture into each) at 350 for 15mins, and served over white rice and topped with chopped green onions. According to the kids, I'll be making this again soon.

Good Burger
Great recipe! I just reduced the amount of brown sugar. 2Tbsp per lb is great. 2lbs made about 5 patties for me.

Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi
This ingredient list is amazing! My kids love it. I made it with the following changes: 1. cheaper swai/tilapia from sams 2. and baked it for a few 3. roughly chopped the garlic because i like how crunchy it comes out when broiled. 4. served with white rice 5. topped with sliced green onions Notes: I think the key to this is to use a better quality honey and soy sauce. I like tamari style better than kikkoman. Also, it's better to spend a little extra time making sure it's all thoroughly mixed.
