Cranberry Orange Loaf

Very good, but I would substitute craisins for the cranberries since fresh cranberries are a bit too tart for me.

Great Twice Baked Potatoes

This was the best twice baked potatoe I have ever made. I actually added some cream cheese in it that I saw from another recipe and it was to die for.

Enchilada Sauce

I didn't really like this sauce. I was hoping for more of an authentic enchilada sauce, this sauce had more of a mole taste to it.If you're looking for a more traditional enchilada sauce, I would try another recipe.
