this cake was really good, I followed the directions pretty much to the "T" except I only used 1/2 the jell-o, and a little less sugar, and I added 2 tbsp of strawberry jam when i pureed the strawberries. good recipe!

Scottley's Basic Yellow Cake

this cake was delicious!! moist and beautiful! I used 3 eggs instead of 2, added 2 tbsp oil and 1/2 pack vanilla pudding to the flour mix. i will use this again and again!

Chicken Zucchini Bake

this was delicious! i cut the chicken breast into pieces with salt and pepper and then baked it @425 for 25 mins. I steamed the zuccini and then added the chicken and zuccuni to the onion mix. I only used 1 can of biscuits because that was all i had and just smooshed them into a 9x13 pan and then drizzled honey mustard on top of them. topped with the chicken mix and then when i did the egg mix with the seasonings, i only used 2 eggs (because thats all i had). i also topped it with cheddar cheese instead! i also topped it with a sprinkle of salt! very tasty!!!

Best Buttercream Frosting

this is the creamiest most delicious frosting! im so glad i tried to make it! i wisked the flour and milk together before putting it in the pot and when it was really thick i put it in a bowl and in the fridge. sooo good!

Creamy Chocolate Frosting II

My family loooved this recipe!! I used it to frost 8 cupcakes and one 8" round cake. It was so easy to make and soo very good. It's my new favorite icing!
