I made these lady fingers for a tiramisu recipe, but unfortunately they did not puff up as they should have. It was almost hard and cookie like, and was very disappointing. however, they did make some spongy cookies which were actually quite good, but I cannot recommend this recipe if you would like ladyfingers.

Classic Tiramisu

This tiramisu was absolutely lovely. I baked my own lady fingers using another recipe, and I love how the eggs are actually cooked in this one! I substituted mascarpone with cream cheese, and it turned out just as good, if not better. I also added some coffee to the whipped cream AFTER it was already whipped, and it gave the cake more of a coffee flavour which I found very nice. I'll definitely make this again!

Cream Puffs I

the cream filling was good but my "Cream puffs" didn't puff at all.they were hard and cookie like.

Fortune Cookies So Easy

In my opinion you should just make them into cookies. I found the batter very sticky. When the time came to fold them, it just broke in half. but the taster of the cookie was pretty good.
