Playgroup Granola Bars

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2011
yay! i love making these as an alternative to the store bought variety- my kids adore them. i use 1/2 corn syrup and 1/2 honey to cut cost. love to add lots of coconut and chocolate chips. only one problem with these- i can't stop eating them myself!

Honey Granola Bread

i've never used a bread recipe with so many ingredients, but this is well worth it! my granola usually has raisins and dates in it, but no one ever complains about having these in the bread :) delicious and makes wonderful toast!

Ginny's Cheezy Macaroni

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2009
wow! i make this about every couple weeks and whenever i have company. it's SO easy and my hubby loves it. i used to use another recipe and i stole some ingredients from it and added it to this one. i put about 2 tsp. of Worcestershire sauce and 1 tsp. of dry mustard. it's also FABULOUS to put about 3 pre-cooked (left-over) bacon chunks on top.

Avocado and Tomato Salad

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2009
This is SUCH a delicious and easy recipe. I recently brought it to a "salad" putluck with a few modifications: i added bacon and shredded mozzarella and i used a red wine vinaigrette. Also, it's important that you use *good* tomatoes, you know, that are actually red and have flavor. i had friends call me months later for this recipe.
