hello all! im a stay-at-home mother of three. a 6 yr old a 4 yr old and a 1 yr old. witha huge side of husband.. lol/jk i am the typical SAHM, all i know and do is kids stuff, parks, kidsplex, playdates, food, food and more food. this is my life. and i love it. im learning to be more spontaneous with my life, cuz it makes me feel good. its working. i cherish every little thing life has to offer, from sunsets to hugs from the ones i love. im genuinly a happy/friendly/easygoing/easy to please person. period.
My favorite things to cook
we are a meat and potato family. i love crock pot cooking and easy baking. comfort foods make me happy on the inside. so this is what i do most. the heart-ery the better. ;o) chillis, chicken, pork chops, nothing fancy its not my style.

i dont really have any. sad i know. but im starting my own, and its fun
My cooking triumphs
homemade corn bread was the biggest most recent triumph i guess. im not a good baker... this is something i want to improve on.. baking breads, cakes and desserts.
My cooking tragedies
cake. ive ruind every single one ive tried. im horrible. its sad. help!!! lol.

Chicken Enchiladas with Creamy Green Chile Sauce
this was AAAmazing, i followed the instructions exactly. however i took reviewers advice added more flavor to the chicken with cans of rotel tom/green chilis, it was perfect!! A+++

Tater Tot Casserole IV
i loved this recipie.. it was our first tatertot casserole. i only did a few things different. mixed 1 can mushroom and one can chicken condensed soup together with a bit of milk. i was feeding 7 people with this recipie so i wanted to stretch it. the only other thing i did was layered the casserole like a lasagna. soup, beans, meat, soup beans meat, 1 layer of cheese, tots, then when it was done i put more cheese on top. thanks soo much for this recipie. its a keeper!!

Swiss Chicken Casserole II
this recipe was AMAZING. it was my first time making this and i just fed 7 happy people ( i doubled the recipe) the only thing i did differently was mixed 1 large can of mushroom soup and chicken together.. this is a keeper.. thanks soo much.
