About this Cook
I didn't really start cooking until I was 19 and working in a group home for developmentally disabled people. I blossomed right away and was always coming up with new things on my own. It was fun because I didn't pay for the groceries and everything I concocted got eaten up, no matter what it tasted like. My supevisor took the credit claiming "when Beth started working here she didn't know how to cook anything, its hard to believe!"
My favorite things to cook
I love making pizzas with Boboli whole wheat crust, I put lots of different combinations together, shrimp, crab, spinach, chicken! Soo yummy!! Also I love baking since I have a huge sweet tooth!!

Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
These little cookies were 'Spectacular'! My 5 year old will only eat chocolate chip cookies but ate about 7 of these delicious little things! I didn't put raisins in and they turned out great still!

Ranch Burgers
Very good burger!! I used plain breadcrumbs and skipped the onions since my hubby doesn't like them. I think it would have been great with them!! Very moist burger and refreshing change from just a plain burger.

Rhubarb Bread I
I have made this bread a couple of times its so yummy!! I made it without the topping to cut some fat but yesterday I made it with the toppng for fun and the whole house smelled wonderful!! I substituted applesauce for oil and whole wheat flour for white. That way I don't feel as guilty when I eat the whole loaf!!
