Baked Zucchini Chips

Nice way to do zucchini. Added Garlic Plus seasoning and the Kraft parmesan cheese to the bread crumbs. Thanks for the recipe.

Indian-Spiced Roasted Chickpeas

The house smelled so good while these were in the oven. They are delicious. I will put the oven on convection next time so they will be good and crispy. Thanks for this recipe I will be making it often.

Buried Cherry Cookies

I just tried this recipe out today. I doubled it, but needed to add more butter and a third egg for there to be enough moisture. They turned out pretty nice. I have posted the first photo for the recipe, just waiting for it to be added to the site.

Roasted Curried Chicken with Couscous

I just made the couscous part of this recipe to go with the Garlic Chicken Kabobs from this site. It was very flavourful. I will make it all the time as I love couscous. I can't wait to try the whole recipe and will update when I do. I have never done a whole chicken.

Garlic Chicken Kabobs

MMMM! I made these last night and they were very tender and delicious. I used mayonnaise when I saw that they could be made that way. And dried cilantro(didn't have any fresh). I marinated them for 4 hours and BBQ'd them. Didn't make the dipping sauce. I served them with the couscous from the Roasted Curried Chicken with Couscous recipe from this site. I made half the amount it called for. And some salad. Very tasty! I will make this again.

Grilled Ginger-Peanut Pork Tenderloin

Really good. I added cummin as well as the curry power but did not add the salt. Marinated 3 very thick pork chops for 5 hours then baked in the over. My Mom said the house smelled amazing and the chops tasted great. We'll use this one again.

Black Bean Rice Burgers

These are very good. I added chili powder and cummin. Also crushed Ritz crackers. Some fell apart but most stayed together. I will make them again. Thanks for the recipe.

Chicken Tikka Masala

You do not need to add that much salt to anything! That was shocking to see that in the recipe. I didn't add any salt and it was still tasty. I only added 1 tsp. of the cayenne pepper and that was just the right amount of heat for me.

Apple Coffee Cake With Brown Sugar Sauce

I don't usually make a recipe for co-workers unless I have tried it myself, but I experimented this time and it worked out great. I made the Brown Sugar sauce to go with it and it was great too. Thanks for the recipe, I will make this cake again.
