like so many people, i tweaked this..used cheddar instd of cream cheese cause thats what i had on hand & i added some green onion..end result was WOW..my husband didnt believe they werent the same potatoes we ordered from omaha steaks.

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts

man, that was good! i did add a sliced green onion-because i love it-and i substutd some of the mayo for sour cream to make it less sweet.. i used a broiler pan & baked it covered for 20 min, uncovered for 10 min & about 7 minutes under the broiler to crisp the bacon.. i would order this in a restaurant.

Cajun Wild Rice

This far exceeded my expectations. I just wanted something different without making a trip to the store and this recipe came up in my search. I put it together and after a while my house started smellin all good...this totally delivered great flavor without being too spicy for the little ones. This is definitely gonna become part of our dinner rotation.
