This is a great blueberry muffin recipe. I used the recipe to make six jumbo muffins. I added more blueberries than recommended, and my berries were frozen, but the muffins still turned out great. Some other reviewers mentioned that the muffins were messy to get out of the muffin tin, but I greased my tin, and even though the topping sugar and butter spilled over, it still came up off the tin. The topping was a little overbearing. One reviewer said the muffin was not sweet enough, but I would say that with the topping, the muffins are almost too sweet. I think that next time I will try making the muffins without the topping. I used the whole topping recipe for six muffins, and it was a bit much. There was so much in fact, the topping fell into the actual muffin batter as it was baking which made the muffins harder to get out of the tin whole. The muffins were still delicious and the warm, gooey topping that dripped into the muffin was rich. Overall, this is a great recipe.
