Heavenly Chocolate Souffles

Made this recipe to a T and it was not very good at all. I wouldn't recommend this one.

Sugar Cookie Icing

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2010
I didn't have any corn syrup so instead I used softened butter. The cookies turned out awesome. Its really a buttercream frosting when you use butter, but by using these measurements it's note quite as thick as it would be on a cake or cupcake.

Balsamic-Glazed Salmon Fillets

My boyfriend who doesn't even like salmon likes this recipe. If you don't have a brush, pour the mixture over the salmon.

Marshmallow Fondant

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2010
This made my cake look professional! I didn't add any food color until after I had refrigerated the fondant, and the fondant was so hard the color turned out marble like. I think I'll try adding the food coloring next time before refrigerating.

Steff's Shepherd Pie

This recipe is definitely a keeper. I would definitely use home made mashed potatoes. That is what really made it great for me. I just used butter, salt, pepper, milk, and sour cream for my mashed potatoes.

Sauteed Garlic Asparagus

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2009
Tastes almost fried. My boyfriend who doesn't like asparagus likes this recipe. Once you've made this recipe, you'll always remember it. And for me, this is the only way I'll make asparagus in the future. Keep in mind the thickness of your asparagus spears though. I'd opt for a thinner spear. But if you can only find a thick spear just saute it longer. Also, I do not cover the pan.

Penne Primavera

Boiling the pasta in the chicken broth really gave this a good flavor. I used a bag of mixed frozen vegetables and it was still yummy.

Brown Sugar Smokies

These are really good. They are a little sweet because of the brown sugar, but would make for a great appetizer at a get together.

Fettuccine Alfredo V

I've tried a bunch of different fettuccine alfredo recipes, this one is the best. It tastes like it could have come from a restaurant.

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2009
These were good. I didn't follow the instructions and grill them, instead I baked them at 425 for 15 minutes. I will most likely make these again, but next time I'll grill them.
