Crab and Pea Salad
I am not a crab person, so I made this for my family. I added more mayo (Miracle whip) and small pasta shells for more of a dinner. My 7 year old had seconds and then finished her sister's plate. :) I say it was a sucess.

Sausage Cheese Grits
Yum! I used regular sausage and omited the hot sauce due to having small kids. I didn't have Gouda but used cheddar, mont. jack and colby mix. This was so good. I made homemade bread with it. My diet took a day off today....any maybe tomorrow for leftovers!

Chili Mac Casserole
I was needing something different for the ground beef that I had and gave this a shot. I didn't have fresh garlic so I used garlic powder instead. I used a can of tomatoes with chilis and a can of tomatoes with garlic and onions and omited the chiles on their own. Used mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese for the top. Had one only 1 kid that didn't care for it but she was mad at me so you never know. :)
