Zucchini Cornbread

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2010
We were apprehensive to try this based solely on the fact that it had so few reviews. This was EXCELLENT. Probably some of the moistest cornbread we've ever eaten. We left out the cheese, as it didn't seem necessary and scaled back just slightly on the onion and it was still fantastic and flavorful. Perfect companion for hot chili!

Hasty Chocolate Pudding

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2010
This pudding is DELICIOUS! I followed the directions with the exception of using a cup of skim and a cup of 2% milk and it turned out so tasty. I doubt I will ever need to use boxed chocolate pudding again.

White Pizza Dip

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2010
Everyone at my New Years Eve party loved this! I had loads of guests asking what was in it. One remarked that it was like a liquid white pizza - lol! I did put in a bit more sour cream than was called for to finish up a container, and added some pepperoni. We dipped with some yummy multigrain crackers and it was perfect! Delicious served piping hot.

Caramel Corn IV

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2009
We too doubled the sauce. It was so easy! We put the oven on 275 and stirred every 5 minutes for a total of 15, and it was perfect for our Halloween party!

Completely omitted the meat and it was still just about the tastiest pasta sauce I've ever had.

Peanut Butter Ice Cream Topping

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2008
This recipe is very close to the Friendly's restaurant peanut butter sauce. It came together easily and a quick mix with the hand beaters fluffed it up quite a bit. It has a wonderful consistency that doesn't harden up and it's just sweet enough.

Shepherd's Pie VI

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2008
Hearty! Used the water/gravy mix combination instead of beef broth, still added the ketchup. Made it up in the afternoon and baked it in the evening. Definitely tasty and worth the time to mash the potatoes and carrots. A keeper.
