Paul's Pumpkin Bars

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2011
These were so great the first time I made them exactly following the recipe, and even greater when I combined the recipe with a crumble topping (any crumble recipe you like should work) instead of making the frosting. This is now my go-to thing to bring to holiday family events, and everyone loves them! I do sometimes reduce the sugar when I make them just to have at home, they're great either way!

I loved this bread! Came out perfect from the bread machine, I got a really good rise. Might try to increase the rye a bit next time! =)

Hearty Multigrain Bread

Reviewed: May 9, 2009
Followed this exactly (except for slightly increased amounts of grains and seeds), and it came out perfectly! Definitely a keeper! I actually reminded me of the bread I used to get in Germany! =)

Pear Pie II

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2008
I have made this several times now, with different ready-bought crusts, and it always comes out yummy!! The only thing I change is I use half the sugar, but that's a personal preference. One time I really wanted pie but all I had around was canned pineapple, so I used that instead of pears... works great! So fast and easy! =)

Indian Chapati Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2008
Absolutely delicious! I just made this on a whim, following instructions exactly, and they turned out geat! Such a simple, great recipe. I'm happy to be able to satisfy my bread craving with such a fast recipe, and since I make lots of Indian dishes, I will be making this often. A definite keeper!

French Bread Rolls to Die For

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2008
Amazing!!! This was my first attempt at making any kind of rolls, and they came out perfect! I followed the instructions almost exactly, except using olive oil and using a bit more salt. Someone said in their review these rolls taste buttery even without butter on them, and it's true!! They are fluffy but not too fluffy, and cispy on the outside. I'm eating the fresh, hot rolls as we speak. =) Thank you for posting this, I'll be making this all the time now!

Carrot Burgers

Reviewed: Jul. 6, 2008
These were absolutely delicious! The only changes I made were that I finely chopped the carrots, and I substituted dry oameal for cornflakes, and I omitted the sugar, and they came out wonderful! Had some of them for lunch with olive bread and sour cream, and I'm saving the rest for dinner to put on burger buns. My boyfriend will love these! Excellent, easy, and inexpensive! I always have all these ingredients around, will be making them often! And I also juice carrots a lot, will try making these from the pulp!
