This was so delicious and simple to make. I brought some leftovers to work for rave reviews. The only adjustments I made was to use store-bought chicken broth instead of water and bouillon and after adding the milk cook on medium-high heat to thicken it up prior to putting it in with the potatoes. Next time I will add carrots for color.
