Peanut Butter and Cream Brownies

This is a 5 star recipe as written, but like most people I see a recipe as a start. I used 10" springform, about 2/3 of the brownie batter added chopped dry roasted peanuts and choc chips. as soon as the brownie layer comes out of the oven, I top with chopped snickers. Made the peanut butter layer as is but left off the add'l layer of cool whip, drizzled with caramel and chocolate. everyone says it is the best dessert they have ever tasted! Thanks!!

Pasta Pomodoro

Fantastic! I had a lot of roma's come ripe that i needed to use up, made it w/ 1/2 the pasta amount and used linguine, doubled the garlic and after combining added browned italian sausage bites and fresh spinach and tossed then added parmesan. lots of fresh flavors, but not a heavy tomato sauce type dish. thanks!

Raspberry Cream Cheese Coffee Cake

i bake something to take to work every friday, yesterday i took this and everyone declared it their new favorite! made it exactly to recipe, except i didn't use all of the reserved curmb topping. think next time i will make it in a 10" pan for a larger but shallower cake. Great recipe..Thanks!

Easy Chocolate Trifle

For a decadent adult version of this, drizzle Kahlua on the chocolate cake layer! I have been doing this for years and it's definately a hit.

Chocolate Chip Coffee Cake

this one got rave reviews when i took it to work. i also added more choc chips and also some toffee chips i had to the top. i sort of swirled some of the topping into the batter too. i cooked it about 10 minutes longer than the original recipe. a definate keeper!
