Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

Reviewed: Jun. 8, 2014
This sauce was absolutely delicious! We have tried making homemade Alfredo sauce on a handful of occasions but none of them turned out as beautiful and tasty as this recipe. I followed the recipe but also as other reviewers suggested, added some oregano, nutmeg, and thyme to give it a little kick! I made this sauce using the lower end of heat settings on my stove (settings 1-3) in fear that I would overcook it too fast. Doing this also allowed me time to prepare the noodles and chicken that I was serving without having to rush. I will continue to use this recipe and now refuse to buy pre-made sauce!

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Jun. 8, 2014
This chicken was amazing! I took the suggestion of another reviewer and baked it. I didn't have enough ranch, only about 1/4 cup, so I used about 1/4 cup of blue cheese dressing and 2 tablespoons of Caesar dressing just for fun! Also, I only had apple cider vinegar which did the job just fine. I baked the cut up chicken with the marinade for approximately 25 minutes-I made sure that each piece reached 165 degrees before taking the dish out of the oven. We ate it along with noodles and Alfredo. Will definitely be making this again!

Banana Bread I

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2013
I made this recipe last night and I did as many others and used 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and 1 tsp vanilla, as well as 1/2 cup white sugar and 1/2 cup brown sugar. I only had self-rising flour in the cupboard so I used it and nixed the baking soda and salt. I baked the mixture into 12 muffins at 350 for approximately 27 minutes. They turned out amazing!

Iced Pumpkin Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2012
One of my favorite recipes I've ever made from this website! I've taken these to Thanksgiving functions, pot-lucks, and to work and they never stick around too long. The last time I made these cookies I used a cream cheese buttercream frosting), sooo yummy!! If you're going to cheat on your diet, this is the way to go :)

White Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2012
Outstanding! I used walnuts instead of pecans, but they were still one of the best cookies I have made to date! My first batch I made smaller cookies, thinking they would expand quite a bit, but they held their small shape, so the next batch I made, I used bigger spoonfuls and flattened them out a little, turned out much better!

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2012
I made these cookies with a few of my own twists! I made them into a white-chocolate caramel macchiato cookie by adding 3/4 of a packet of instant coffee, 1 cup of white-chocolate chips, and 1 cup of the little baking caramels. They turned out chewy and delicious. Next time I will use the whole packet off instant coffee, (I wasn't sure how strong it would be), and I want to add some caramel coffee syrup to bring out the caramel flavor more! It is a caramel macchiato coffee lover's delight!

Peanut Butter Cocoa Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2012
These are simply delicious! They are soft and chewy, and addicting! I used a Hershey's Symphony milk chocolate bar chopped up in pieces instead of chocolate chips, it's a milkier chocolate which compliments the cookie a lot better than regular chocolate chips.

I made these with chocolate cake batter, then filled them with a cherry-vanilla filling and topped them with dark chocolate frosting! Quite a hit in the office!
