Great flavor, I did it in a rotisserie and it came out delicious, however I put gloves of garlic in the holes i created to keep the marinade inside to begin off with and also let it soak for 30 mins prior to cooking

Absolutely Awesome. A must try was very easy, and just a word of advice if you are going to double the recipe you most definitely do not need to double the gravy I still have a half a gallon left

Lobster Mornay Sauce

A keeper. The only suggestion I have is to get fresh lobster to cook with I used precook packaged lobster and felt that it took flavor away. also cut back on the amout maybe 3/4 lb of lobster meat.

Roasted Red Pepper and Crab Soup

Great soup. It is a must to use fresh peppers. Some of the other reviews suggested using can, i feel this would be a grave mistake. I followed some advice of others and prepared it the night before. Some of my guests that don't even like soup loved this.

Luscious Chicken Pot Pie

This was a great quick option to make. The entire family loved it, even the kids. The only thing was it was lacking something in the flavor. I will play with it next time I cook it maybe some salt and pepper, and a little paprika to give it a little zing.
