Delicious Easy Chicken Francese
A great recipe for the sauce, but I'm not sure about the breading part. I did half the chicken the way the recipe wants and the other ones with flour, then egg, then bread crumbs (my usual way). Both were good, but I prefer the second.

Thai Pineapple Chicken Curry
A nice and simple dish. I used yellow curry powder since that is what I had on hand. I agree with other reviewers that the vegetables do not need to be cooked for that long.

Rich and Simple French Onion Soup
Extremely good recipe! Very simple and tasty. Like others, I'm used to browning my onions for my soup, so I went ahead and did that. I didn't have any sherry on hand nor red wine, but I did have vermouth, so what the hell, I used that. Certainly did the ticket. Thanks for a fantastic recipe I'll be sure to use again! And I can't wait to try the leftovers tomorrow.
