Mango, Peach and Pineapple Salsa

Wonderful salsa! I did take others advice and halved the amount of cilantro and I also only used about 1/2 cup of water because the mangos were very juicy. A lot of chopping but totally worth it!

Amazing! I took it to a BBQ and it disappeared immediately! I put all the batter into a bundt pan instead of 2 loaf pans and I cooked it for 30 min at 350. When it cooled I put a glaze over it (1/2 cup confectioners sugar & 2.5 tbsp milk).

Maple-Garlic Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Really good! I ran out of maple syrup so used 1/2 cup of maple syrup and 1/2 cup of pancake syrup. Also used a little extra garlic. Used boneless pork chops and baked at 375 for 40 minutes. Definitely needed a little salt but even my toddler ate it and he doesnt eat meat usually! Will make again.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

I made this recipe once with a lot of the suggested changes and it made enough for 2 pies! This time I made it with leftover turkey instead of chicken (just add in at the end, no need to cook with the frozen vegetables) and I added one potato and one large sweet potato, diced. It was excellent! Will definitely do again.

Artichokes in a Garlic and Olive Oil Sauce

Great recipe but I used a whole box of pasta, used a little more olive oil and a bigger can of artichoke hearts, added some white wine and lemon juice to the sauce while it was cooking and tossed with parmesan cheese.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough + Cupcake = The BEST Cupcake. Ever.

These are sooo moist and yummy! I used pre-made chocolate chip cookie dough and chocolate cake mix instead of yellow. They only needed 17 minutes in the oven. Some of them "deflated" and got holes in the center but icing covered that right up and nobody noticed. They were quite a hit!

Bourbon-Mango Pulled Pork

Wow, what a great recipe. The flavor was amazing. I used honey BBQ sauce and regular BBQ sauce and regular chili powder instead of chipotle and it turned out really well. Everyone asked for seconds! Serving it again tonight with cornbread!

Easy Slow Cooker Pork Chops

This was great. Everyone in my family liked it. I couldn't find apple pie filling and so used an apple & cranberry pie filling. I also put the sweet potatoes in at the beginning (in small chunks) and they were very soft at the end.
