Very Delicious! Didn't have everything on hand so, these were my tweeks and still turned out great. Not a fan of eggplant so just used zucchini and bell pepper. Didnt have can of diced tomatoes, so i subst. w/ one chopped tomatoe, 1/2 can tomatoe sauce, and a little water (to have enough liquid to boil). Also didnt have shredded cheese, so i used deli slices of provolone and just laid them over the top! Great. Will make again!

Baked Spaghetti

Pretty good. I used ricotta cheese rather than cottage...(personal preference). Good flavor but will use more than one jar of spaghetti sauce next time around. Was a little dry.

Four Cheese Macaroni

This recipe was very good, although i did leave out the muenster cheese and in place added extra of the other cheeses. This is not your box macaroni and cheese! The family loves it!

Jo Jo's Favorite Banana Muffins

I just made these muffins. They are very good! It didn't take me long at all and it had very simple on hand ingredients. I added some chopped pecans to the mixture, and they really turned out delicious!

Hamburger Pie

Very good and simple recipe. Did recipe as followed, but added one extra lb of meat and corn. I also used instant potatoes like others had suggested. The taste is really good, but pretty much resembles a stew that I already make. Only difference was it wasnt as soupy as a stew would be!

Millionaire's Cake

This is my boyfriend's all time favorite desert. He was always talking about this pineapple cake that his family used to buy from this lady and how it was sooo good. So i found this recipe and have now been told by his family that its even better then the ones they used to buy! Very yummy!

I had never ate, let alone made scones before. Recipe was easy to follow and they turned out delicious! Ate them right out of the oven w/ homemade plum jelly! very good..

Very delicious recipe. Like a homemade version of hamburger helper, but better. Left out the mushrooms, still was good. Also very quick and easy...will probably make again.

Sugar Cookie Frosting

Very good frosting recipe...Didn't take long at all to make (especially with a kitchen aid mixer) and had just enough sweet in it! Will most likely make again.
