Marshmallow Fondant

I altered this a bit because I had too many bananas and doubled the recipe and what not. The only extra ingredient I added was 1/2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice. I had enough for 6 large muffins and one large loaf. I added choc. chips to the muffins. All in all, this was the best banana bread I have ever eaten! The bread is the perfect texture! Thank you so much for sharing this with me!

Lemon Blueberry Bread

My Crab Cakes

This was my first attempt at crab cakes and they were demolished with rave reviews! I followed the recipe as stated except i used minced garlic and sauteed the garlic with the green onions. I also added some celery and yellow onion, just a little of each. They were amazing! Thank you for the great recipe!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

I have never made sugar cookies before but decided to make this recipe for Halloween. I followed it exactly and they turned out cute and delicious! Thanks so much for the great recipe, this will be a keeper!!

Caroline's Chocolate Fudge Frosting

I have never made chocolate frosting from scratch or even really like chocolate cake or frosting but this was awesome! I made this on a chocolate cake the other nite for dessert and it tasted wonderful. I only had half the amt of butter on hand so I subsituted with margarine which really made it runny i think so i added cocoa powder and lots of powdered sugar. Even so, it turned out delicious! Thank you so much for such an easy, delicious recipe!!

Chocolate Gravy II

Too Much Chocolate Cake

This turned out very moist and rich! I'm not a chocolate cake fan but this is delicious! I used a bundt pan and my sides did get a little crispy but i think i either let it cook too long or should have turned the oven down! Will be a keeper for my chocolate cake recipe!

Slow Cooker Lemon Garlic Chicken II

This was awesome! I used huge bonless chicken breasts and they were falling-apart tender. I also used the extra drippings to make a gravy and it all was so delicious! Thank you again for a fast and yummy recipe!

Strawberry Cobbler I

delicious! I have never made a cobbler before but by my husband's request I made him this one. The only change I made was the crust but the filling turned out great! Thank you so much for a great recipe that we will be enjoying time and time again!

Lemon Butter Cookies

If you like a cake like cookie, this is for you. I added lemon extract to my dough and the lemon flavor really came out. I was looking for a thin, crispy cookie but these turned out really well and very tasty!
