Banana Bread V
I altered this a bit because I had too many bananas and doubled the recipe and what not. The only extra ingredient I added was 1/2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice. I had enough for 6 large muffins and one large loaf. I added choc. chips to the muffins. All in all, this was the best banana bread I have ever eaten! The bread is the perfect texture! Thank you so much for sharing this with me!
