Slovak Stuffed Cabbage

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2010
Taste just like the sarma from Northern Minnesota! I think the sarmas could be cooked longer, because the cabbage didn't seem to be as soft as it should be! But all in all! Excellent!

Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream

Reviewed: May 7, 2009
I can't believe as simple as this recipe was, it taste like a gourmet pasta dish! I didn't have any plum tomatoes, so i used Italian diced tomatoes. Cooked the rest of the recipe as stated! Everyone went for seconds or thirds. Highly recommended!!!

Coq au Vin alla Italiana

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2013
Great recipe. I love the combination of French and Italian. The result was a refined, subtle Coq Au Vin. The sauce was delicious and I served it with egg noodles. I only used 4 chicken thighs for the 2 of us, but I did keep the sauce serving the same as written. And it was perfect. I had a little bit of leftover sauce but I had to save it for a well deserved leftover dinner for one with spaghetti. Yum. Will make this again!

Shrimp and Mushroom Linguini with Creamy Cheese Herb Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2009
Great! I did a shrimp scampi first, set aside with the mushrooms, which was cooked & simmered with white wine. I used 8oz cream cheese and added milk & white wine to the sauce so it isn't so thick. All in all, an easy quick recipe!!!!

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2009
Great contrast in this recipe! The lemon & vinegar was a great addition. I used the same marinate for both chicken & pork. I honestly prefer this marinade for the pork.
