Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2009
I copied the recipe exact! I liked the flavors of the topping on the tilapia and the texture was good! I thought it had a little too much of a lemon juice taste, kind of overpowering. But still worth making!

Classy Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2009
Kinda boring recipe. I thought the flavors were too sour creamy and bland. Nothing like the restaurants. I served it over rice. Probably won't make it again!

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2009
Followed the recipe exactly! I was really leary about a white sauce lasagna, but it turned out excellent! The taste reminds me of a chicken & spinach alfredo pizza! Will make it again!

Pizza Pinwheels

Yummy! I rolled it as instructed into 4 pieces and didn't slice them up and baked it as a whole!! It turned out great. Easy to roll & prepare! Taste just like a pizza sub!

Beef Stroganoff III

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2009
Tasty Recipe! I used Top sirloin steak & marinated it in red wine for 2 hours. The meat came out tender. I also used cream cheese & sour cream as suggested by other reviewers. Great served over egg noodles!

Shepherd's Pie VI

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2009
It was a great winter comfort food. I did however, added a lil garlic powder & 2 tsp of worcheshire. The meat was tasted delicious. I also used frozen veggies, instead of mashing the carrots. It needed more salt, otherwise, good!

Buttery Cooked Carrots

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2009
Good but Bland! I added some dill weed, a little pepper & garlic to jazz it up. I used baby carrots, but it seems a little too sweet!

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2009
Cooked it as instructed! I used a 4 pound chicken. I only marinated it for 3 hours. The chicken was ready in less than 3 1/2 hours. The flavors were good, and the meat was tender. But it didn't have that roasted taste that i had expected. I would recommend what the previous reviewers did, and rub the spices under the skin too. Not too salty at at!

To Die For Fettuccine Alfredo

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2009
There was too much butter in this dish & when i added the cheese into the melted butter & cream mixture, it turned into clumps! I kept whisking it but the consistency was never quite right! Will not make again!

Roasted Garlic Cauliflower

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2009
It was OK. I followed other's advice & covered with foil for the first half of the cooking. But the overall result was still the same. Even with uniform florets, my cauliflower was burnt in places. It was dried & was lacking flavor, except for the garlic.

Potato Salmon Patties

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2009
Great recipe. The combination of breadcrumbs & potato flake crisp these patties right up with excellent aroma from the herbs. I followed the recipe as is, but added a little salt & pepper. Great served with cream peas or i made a creamy dill dip. A keeper!

Artichoke Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2009
Great Recipe! Was a Hit With the Family! It was lacking a little flavor in the Chicken, so i would recommend seasoning the chicken first with a little salt & pepper. I used fresh garlic & also used 1/4 cup Miracle whip & 1/2 cup of sour cream and added a little breadcrumb & paprika on top, so it would crisp up. Would recommended this quick under 30 mins recipe!

Baked Penne with Italian Sausage

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2009
Great base recipe. I also added fresh garlic, mushrooms, red & yellow pepper to the mix. And deglazed the pan with red wine, instead of white, I had to flavor the sauce better, with more oregano, basil, garlic powder, parsley & sugar and i cooked the sauce longer. It turned out Great!

Salmon with Creamy Dill Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2009
I didn't bake the salmon as the recipe calls for, but i did marinate the salmon and baked it without the foil. The sauce was great, and was a fabulous compliment to the salmon!

Oven Baked Jambalaya

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2009
The flavors were rich, but lacked substance. I followed the original recipe, with no changes, except putting the shrimp in the last 15 minutes of cooking. It yielded a lot for leftovers. The rice did turn a little mushy as other reviewers had stated.
